Taking Flight to Save Sight: 10k Charity Run Around Stanley Park
On Saturday, June 14th, the Vancouver community came together to celebrate the lovely views of Stanley Park, all while raising funds for a good cause!
The University of British Columbia (UBC) Orbis Future Vision Leaders hosted a 10K Charity Run/Walk, raising $566.92 for Orbis Canada!
Participants running, jogging, and walking the famed 10K seawall loop were fueled by a common cause, supporting Orbis' mission of preventing and treating avoidable blindness around the world.
A big shoutout to the Orbis Future Vision Leaders, volunteers, and participants who helped make this event possible!
